Retail customers:  At present we only ship within the United Kingdom.  The standard shipping rate to mainland UK is £3.95, delivery to UK Islands is £4.95.

Shipping is either by post or courier, dependant upon size and weight of the goods. Deliveries made by a courier will require a signature on delivery and so at the time of ordering please advise us of a delivery address where there will be someone available to accept the goods.

If the courier is unable to obtain a signature they will leave a card at the delivery address asking you to call to rearrange delivery (cards left by the Post Office will ask you to collect from your nearest depot). Couriers will attempt to deliver parcels twice before returning the goods to us. There will be a further shipping charge to deliver the package again.

Delivery Schedule

Retail customers:  Please allow approximately 7 working days for delivery, however we endeavour to send your package out to you within just a few days.  If you have an urgent order please contact us as we may be able to send your package out to you on an overnight delivery (subject to a small charge).  Wedding Favours:-  Please allow up to 3 weeks for Wedding Favours, however if you have an urgent order please contact us as we are often able to deliver sooner if necessary.

Wholesale customers: please allow up to 2 weeks for your order, although orders are generally processed within 7 working days
